within the limits of available stocks.
- Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of product(s).
- If unavailable, we will within 30 days from the confirmation of the order

- Retention of Property: The products remain the property of Arkanoid-records

- Article 5 : Terms of delivery and delivery:

- Time of delivery: The product ordered is delivered by the postal stream or an
independent carrier, depending on the product ordered and the exclusive initiative of
Arkanoid-records, to the address on the order form.
- Delivery Method:
- Depending on the type of payment selected by the customer:
- Classic Delivery: deadline announced by the provider 72 hours 48 hours
(except in cases of force majeure).
- Delivery is made in the front door, with your help if necessary. We remind you that
the delivery does not include the standard delivery package to the customer.
- Your package will be delivered to you in case of a house, or at the foot of the

- The package on delivery: You should verify the conformity of the goods delivered
at the time of delivery and before signing the carrier s delivery.
- You must indicate on the delivery and the form of reserves along with your
handwritten signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged).

authorized by it, signed the delivery slip.

at the latest within 3 working days of receipt of the articles and send a copy

- If the products need to be returned to us, they must be within 7 days of delivery.
Any claims made after this deadline will not be accepted.
- The return of the product could be accepted for products in their original state.

delivery (package refused because opened or damaged).

- Article 6: Responsibilities:
- Arkanoid-records can not be held liable for breach of contract at the time, force
majeure, the problem of accommodation of the site, disruption or total or partial
strike of postal services and transport and or communications, flood, fire.
- Regarding products purchased to meet the business needs, Arkanoid-records
incur no liability for any indirect result of this, business interruption,
loss of profit, damage or expense that might arise.
- The selection and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The total or partial inability to use such products due to incompatibility of
equipment can give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or called into question
the responsibility of Arkanoid-records, except in the case of a latent defect proven,
non-compliance, or failure to exercise the right of withdrawal as envisaged in
Article 8.
- In case of defect, you have the option to cancel the order or keep the product
against a price decrease.
- Failure to deliver an order or part order, you have two months maximum
(the date of departure for our deposit) to show. Beyond this period, we will not
accept any claim.

- Article 7: Right of withdrawal:
- Pursuant to Article L.121-16 et seq of the Code of consumption, the consumer has
